Arrival & Departure:

Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 & 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure.  We will try to accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. However to guarantee early arrivals or late departures, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.

Cancellations:

1. Any booking cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pays a 0% cancellation fee.
2. Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
3. Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the property. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Bookings and Payments

We require a 50% deposit payment to confirm a booking, and will hold a provisional booking for up to 72 hours (3 days) The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by bank transfer or directly by Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa only) Clients may also book and pay over the phone.

Last Minute Bookings 

For last minute bookings, (7 days or less prior to arrival) 50% of the booking amount must be made by Credit Card and the remainder may be paid on checkin...

Specials and Discounted Stays  

For stays longer than 14 days, we often offer up to 20% discount on the published fare on our website. Also, last minute stays can be booked at special rates. Kindly enquire for specials over the phone.
