One Agency, Two Marketing Solutions...
Marketing a rental property can be an extremely time consuming and daunting task. Over and above regular maintenance issues, housekeeping and guest relations, its a difficult task to handle daily enquiries, track payments as well as handle administrative tasks all at once!

2) "Modern" Marketing / Management Approach - For modern / investment owners who prefer a coordinated, professional approach, have a new property, and/or have little time available for administrating and marketing their rental property.
1) Regular "Agency" Approach - Easyrent will operate as a normal rental agency, using rates and marketing material established by the owners, as well as providing clients from traffic on our website. Depending on the degree of exposure and rental success of the property, owners may decide to work with Easyrent on a "semi-exclusive" basis where we may also act as intermediaries, under contract to secure further business from other local as well as foreign agents

2) "Modern" Marketing / Management Approach - For owners wanting a professional and coordinated approach to letting their property, Easyrent offers to coordinate all marketing efforts against exclusivity of the property where we will contract with all local agents on your behalf and manage all marketing and administrative aspects of lertting your property. You will only be contacted when a client has made a confirmed booking. Easyrent will administer everything from rates, payments and admin as well as services such as property maintenance, gardening and pool services.

1. Firstly, we fix a brief meeting with you to establish your basic rental objectives, get to know each other and establish your current marketing channels.
2. Depending on your needs, and your properties current success, we decide on the solution required.
3. A visit is scheduled to the property to determine items such as rates, grading and to inspect quality.
4. A property description is compiled with pictures and contract is signed between parties.
5. Depending on the rental solution required, Easyrent will begin marketing your property.
6. Once a booking confimed, you will be comminicated client details and arrival times so that you may prepare for check-in and make the necessary villa preparations.
7. Any personal bookings can be entered onto our website in the "Owners Area"
