Villa Playa is a large and well appointed family house situated right on the beautiful sandy beach of Pointe d'Esny, on the South Coast of Mauritius. It is literally positioned on one of Mauritius' best, white sand, unspoiled beaches, allowing clients a rare experience of a world-class beach holiday.

The house was built in 2004 to european standards and easily accommodates up to 8 persons in total comfort in 3 double and 1 twin bedrooms.

The property is built on three levels; with the ground floor comprised predomonantly of living areas, both indoor and outdoor. The property is entered from a private driveway from the Pointe d'Esny coastal road, and guests will access the villa from the wrap-around terrace. Entering the house, which is slightly elevated from the ground, affords amazing views of the turquoise sea ahead...

A bright, fully equipped, modern kitchen opens out onto the terrace, lounge and dining area which then opens out through large openings onto this sea facing terrace. One large double en-suite bedroom with stunning views is located on this level adjoining the dining area with an additional separate entrance onto its balcony. This bedroom is ideal for elderly persons or a couple.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms (one twin en-suite and one double with separate bathroom) both of which have amazing ocean views. Clients will be able to enjoy watching TV in a small TV area annexing the first level corridor.

The upper level is home to the master suite with a large en-suite bathroom. The room is tropically decorated and has large openings onto the ocean view below. The Master suite has its own flat-screen TV and satellite channels and guests will enjoy the soothing bubbles of a jacuzzi after a long day in the sun.
